The Job: At the unique location of the Granite Links Golf Club in Quincy, MA, VideoLink was asked to provide a set featuring customized lighting and decorative elements that created a dynamic and energetic setting for the day’s speakers.   Over 150 people were live in the room for the global sales meeting while many others were able to view the event remotely over the live simultaneous webcast.

VideoLink was able to provide a branded interface, live Q & A, registration and reporting as part of the live event production.  Additionally, we aided in providing live translations to several languages for the event by adding additional audio equipment and personnel.  We covered the event using two cameras that were switched live on site, providing shots of the speakers and the audience.  By delivering the event via the web, PTC was able to reach all those who needed to be part of the global sales meeting, while saving significantly on travel costs.  Plans are already underway for 2009’s event.
